Novato’s multifamily housing covers a lot of ground, from redeveloped stock in Hamilton to older complexes along Redwood Boulevard that have been in service for decades. Different buildings, different needs, one standard. We assess what is actually there before proposing scope, which avoids the situation where a project reveals its real cost halfway through. Marin owners tend to ask harder questions than most, and we welcome that. Two decades in multifamily means we usually have the answer, and when we do not, we find out rather than guess. The turnover is where it shows. Units pass final inspection without a fix list, which is the outcome every part of our process is built around.
